NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

January 4, 2017

Fellow Member,

Enclosed are the Notice of Annual Meeting (the “Meeting”) and the proxy materials for The Stanwich Club’s 2017 Meeting to be held in the Clubhouse on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 7:00 pm. 

For reasons of establishing a quorum, we ask that you complete the enclosed electronic proxy as soon as possible. If you prefer, you may print, sign, and mail (or hand deliver) to the Club an executed proxy form. The proxy may be revoked at any time prior to the Meeting should you decide to do so.

The proxy materials are self-explanatory. As a voting member, you are entitled to vote to elect the Directors for a three-year term and the Nominating Committee for a one-year term.  

Your Board of Directors endorses the candidates for Directors and the Nominating Committee. We would very much appreciate your support as well.

The Officers and Directors cordially invite all voting members as well as members not entitled to vote and all spouses to attend this meeting even though they do not have the privilege of voting. The meeting itself, will begin at 7:00 pm, in the Club Room.

Whether or not you plan to attend the Meeting, it is extremely important that you either respond electronically or return a hard copy of the proxy to the club.
