Dear Fellow Member,

The Nominating Committee has scheduled an open meeting for Sunday, July 24^th at 3:00 pm at the Clubhouse in the Card Room for members to suggest member names for the next Executive Committee and Board of Directors as openings occur. Positions would be filled starting in January 2017.

It is also an opportunity for members to volunteer themselves to join one of the numerous committees responsible for making Stanwich so special. We look forward to your suggestions.

You can always contact a member of the Nominating Committee if you cannot attend the meeting.

Pursuant to Article 4: Section 4.3 of the By -Laws, the following members will make up the Nominating Committee for 2016:
