SPRING AND SUMMER TENNIS PROGRAMS

Dear Members,

We are almost ready to start the outdoor tennis season at Stanwich. Here is some information so you can start planning activities for you and your children. You can now sign your children up for our Sunday afternoon junior tennis clinics (more info below). NEW this year is the sign up for the summer Tennis Academy (children 11 years and older) is now done through an online registration system which you can find on the website. We still have a few spots left in our Women’s Kick Off Camp on Wednesday, April 27.

If you would like to book a standing private lesson, please email us and we will let you know our pros’ availability.

In regards to staff, Chris Post will continue as our Head Tennis Pro for his third season. In addition I have hired an additional full-time professional for this season to assist with the increased demands in our tennis programs. His name is Bruno Orlandini and he is originally from Brazil. Bruno has previously taught at Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club as well as various indoor clubs and will be a great addition to our staff.

Junior Team Fairwest League

Boys and Girls compete with juniors from other local clubs.
Matches are on Wednesdays at 1PM and goes from June 29-July 27.

Will be played on the weekend of Sat-Sun, September 3-4.
