Dear Members,

There is work already underway to develop and implement new menus with delicious new offerings for both lunch and dinner. Plus, our new service training will all enhance your dining experience at the club. Just in these past three weeks there has already been a higher volume of member usage.

To allow our service and culinary team to better plan the various dining venues at the club, we and management kindly encourage you to make reservations before joining us for dinner to help avoid a disappointing dining experience.

Your reservation will allow the team to provide you and your guests with a smoother welcome, guarantee that your table is ready at the time of your choice, and set up for the accurate number of persons. The knowledge of the reservation will give the Chef the opportunity to adjust his mise-en-place while Gus can schedule the front staff more accurately to provide the service that we all expect. Unfortunately, there are times when the restaurants cannot accommodate every Member requesting a reservation at their specific time. However, please be assured that every possible avenue is taken to accommodate the specific time request. 

Reservations will be limited to a maximum of 12 per table. Larger numbers will generally be accommodated as a private party in rooms available for that purpose. Parties of thirteen or more are encouraged to pre-select set menu items.

While we greatly encourage walk in seating and dining at the bar, all members will benefit from making a table reservation in the room they wish to dine in.
