Dear Fellow Member,

Pursuant to Section 4.1 of The Stanwich Club ByLaws, notice is hereby given that the Nominating Committee will hold an Open Meeting at 3PM on Saturday, July 29th in the Clubhouse.

The purpose of said meeting is to “receive and consider suggestions of members concerning candidates for executive Officers and Directors.”  It should be noted that highest consideration will be shown to those nominees who have already displayed a meaningful level of service to the Club, be it through various committee involvement or some other extraordinary means.

This would also be an appropriate forum for all interested members to convey their desire for future Committee involvement / service.
